PRAYER REQUESTS

Pray for Myrna Bennett’s niece, Cece Maxwell; she recently had a stroke. Continue to pray for George Blanch, he has cancer; pray also for friend, Cliff. Pray too for Bobby and Ricky and Mr. Holiday. Also Trisha Mosley has been diagnosed with brain cancer. Pray for Denise Brannum; she was recently attacked by a large dog. Pray for Bill Buford, Becky Cowan’s dad.  He is on morphine now and hospice has been called in; he is not doing well at all. Pray for Jack Cooper; he is fighting pancreatic cancer. Continue to pray for Dean and Myrna Evans. He’s been back in the hospital due to dialysis issues. Pacemaker seems to be helping. Pray also for their niece; she recently had a stroke.   Pray for Diana Fayo, she recently had knee surgery. Pray also for the Fayo’s daughter, Mary Ann Brown; she has had multiple surgeries and has had many complications. She was recently placed on a ventilator. She is not doing well at all. Pray for healing and comfort. Pray too for Johnny and Diana as they care for her. Continue to pray for Lloyd Gillham, he has had surgery and is having radiation treatments in Lubbock. We are ready for him to come home! Pray for Robert Lambert, he still has DVT blood clots in his leg, pray also that he will find the right job soon.  Pray for the Lambert’s grandson, Cody Arbuckle, he is in prison; pray he listens to the Lord through this. Also pray for Robert’s sister, Becky and her husband, Tim. He’s is in the hospital after having one leg amputated.  Doctors want to amputate the other leg when he is strong enough. When he is released, they will be homeless. Pray for Belva Lawson and her extended family in the loss of sweet husband Bob.   Pray for Vearl and Sandy McDaniel; Vearl is fighting a rare form of leukemia. He is walking and driving now. Pray for Sandy as she deals with multiple back surgeries in the past, severe pain and caring for Vearl. Pray for Cindy McKay; she is Patsy’s daughter-in-law. Her cancer is back and she is declining more treatment. Pray too for her sister Doris Whitley, her cancer of the blood is back. Pray for Jack and Delores Morris’ extended family members, Marjetta with memory and health problems and Melvadean with cancer. Pray for 4year-old Kyson Orosco (Jim Miller’s great grandson.)  He has tumors on his brain stem and his heart and has been having seizures. Doctors put in a “g button” to be
able to give him medicine and that is helping. Pray for healing and his mom, Morgan. Pray for Bobby &  JoAnn Patton as they care for her mom. Pray for Dan Pearson; he has been diagnosed with macular degeneration and it seems to be getting worse. He is our wonderful friend in Euless that has put this newsletter  together for us these 25+ years. Pray, pray, pray! Pray for Ava Petree, Jimmy and Carol Siddall’s 12 year-old granddaughter. She has been diagnosed with a rare degenerative brain disease H-ABC (only 84 people in the world have it.)  They are still waiting on a final diagnosis, but it is some form of this disease. Pray for young Ava, her parents, siblings and grandparents. Pray! Pray! Pray for Ricky Reynolds as he recovers from shoulder replacement surgery. Pray too for their son Austin. Pray for long time friends and board members, C. E. and Gayle Vaughan, Gayle was diagnosed with breast cancer; she has completed treatment and is doing well. Pray for Glenda Wright’s husband, Kenneth; he fell and broke his other hip. He will be having surgery on the 30th.  Continue to pray for Autumn Christine Williams; Dean and Johnnie Reed’s youngest granddaughter. Pray for the healing of her brainstem. Pray for the family of Kenneth Womack; he recently went to be with the Lord. Continue to pray for the REC-Room that lives will be touched and men and women will come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We had a total of 73 saved in 2018 and a total of 16 so far this year. Pray for our church that we may remain focused on the Lord Jesus Christ, the salvation of the lost and faithfulness of all of us. Pray too for our Sunday School class. Pray for our country, our people and our leaders. Pray for the nation of Israel. Pray for all of our men and women serving in the armed forces.  Keep them safe until they come home. Pray for all of our first responders, police, firemen and EMT’s.
